Model Naming Contest!

Come one, come all!
With the completion of the first Elevated Living tree house, it is about time that I give it a proper name. For the purposes of quickly getting a website together, I decided to name it the 12er based on it being 12' square. Well, that sucks. I'm sure you guys could come up with a better name. So here is the challenge:
Based on what you know about the tree house (12' square, green materials, clean design, customizable, etc.), come up with a model name that conveys the essence of the design.
The winning name will be chosen by a panel of experts and will be used as the actual model name. They will also recieve a bumper sticker and other swag for Elevated Living (once they are made).
