Graphic Design Help Needed

Hello all,
So now that I have completed the first ever Elevated Living Tree Home, I am going to start developing some materials to promote my tree houses. This is where I need some help.
In the next few weeks, I am having a sexy photo shoot of the tree house with Scott James. Check him out at www.scottjamesphoto.com. With the pictures that he takes, pictures that I have taken, draftings, and logo, I want to put together some posters, brochures, fliers, and business card.
So this is a call to all graphic designers out there. I need help with the aesthetics of these documents. I am looking for some template design so that I can add and remove content as required. I am fluent in Adobe InDesign and would prefer that. All content will be provided, but the design is up to you because I can't design anything besides tree houses.
At this time, I am not able to offer compensation beyond a high fives and a beer. If you need to expand your portfolio and are looking for some real-world work, I need your help! If you know of someone looking for some experience, please pass along my information. Word of mouth is my best friend.
